yes...She came running up to me on thursday and said i know who wants to buy your house ...she said i have told them all about and she wants it...i thought sure she dose....With out looking

oooo, depends if you put it on as offers over or fixed price but most peeps would start off at a lower price to see how they get on. We were offers over but gone to a fixed price now and I'm sure that whoever offers will go lower than that to see if we will accept (not blaady likely ).
