Default Avon Skin So Soft?

Hi,

I have heard from various sources that Avon's Skin so Soft body lotion is really good for protecting against mozzie bites. Does anyone know if there is any truth in this? And if so which one is the best? cos there seems to be loads of different types. I just want to arrive in Oz armed against the little blighters!!!

Thanks Carol x

Where are you going? I didn't see any when I was there - just roaches and lizards in Queensland.

Def works for me - it's the green one. I think it's called Woodland Scent or something similar.

Thanks I'll look out for the green one. Can you get Avon in Oz? or will I have to stock up before I arrive?

Not sure it will work well on the roaches or lizards tho'!

Yes you can get Avon here but the Woodland Fresh Skin so Soft has been discontinued here (or so my Avon Rep said).

I know in the UK that the Woodland Fresh Skin so Soft dry oil body spray was excellent at keeping the Scottish midgies at bay.

we bought a ton of that stuff for the puppy-sized mozzies up here, and it seems to work pretty good. Doesn't smell so bad as alot of others either

We bought ours on Ebay

The one we got specifically says it is for repelling insects. It's in a silver spray bottle....I can't remember the exact name...I'll check on it at home later and let you know

Did you come across a product called OFF in the States??? I think it is made by Johnsons....

They swear by that in the States / Carribean. I always get bitten when I am not wearing it so it must work.......
