Asian supermarkets Gold Coast?
As we will be living around the Gold Coast. I'd asume there will be heaps of good Asian supermarkets. As my wife is Thai. If she cant get her supplies to make her fantastic food.
Then GC may be a none starter.

Hundreds may be a slight exaggeration but there are definitely quite a few. One that immediately springs to mind is on the GC Highway at about Mermaid roughly. I have been to a few, just can't remember where.

Depends where you're going to settle as to what you'll find near you. There's one in Westfield at Helensvale, there's one at Harbourtown at Biggera Waters and I believe there's one in Australia Fair downstairs near the food court in Southport. There are a fair few round surfers aswell.

Plus brill climate for growing all your lemograss/kaffir limes/chillis/galangal etc
Ps. Spooky, I'm doing my books at the mo and just having posted this I went to the next receipt in my pile and it was from that supermarket.

There is an asian store in Southport Park shopping centre, one at Ashmore Plaza shopping centre, one in the middle of Southport, Nind St, and most supermarkets also have a section that sells asian groceries. I have noticed that Coles at Pacific Fair Broadbeach have a good range, you'll still be able to have your loving home cooked asian meals

Theres one in Ashmore Plaza and at least one bigger one in Australia Fair,no doubt there will be one around Pacific Fair too,you'll have no problem finding them anywhere.
