Default applying for jobs with a State Spons 475 visa

Hi all,

Just reading a few previous posts on job hunting, saying that many people not entertained unless holding perm residence visa/already resident in Oz.
Weve been accepted for state sponsor 475, this is a temp visa route to permanent, so is this going to put off potential employers when applying for jobs (civil engineering) the fact that our visa is a 3year one and not a permanent one? We realise we will probably have to make the move there with out a job.
Panicking now. Also, anyone in the civil engineering field (roads/ infrastructure) got news on how it all is there at the moment (Queensland area in particular) has it picked up?
