Apple Genius Bar?
Got an appointment at the Genius Bar this weekend with my broken iPhone 4, it's not worked since last Tuesday the 22nd, I know it's dead as a Dodo, so what, if anything, can the people at the Genius Bar do for me, any suggestions?!

Replace it free of charge...
They plug it into their computer and it reads what its doing and not doing, if its dead they replace it

After I explained the things i had tried to make it connect to my wireless, including ringing apple support, they replaced my appletv on the spot. Plugged in new one and worked straight away.

What is the "Genius Bar" anyway?! Sounds a bit offputting to me, whatever it is.

I don't have any experience with Apple, but everything I've heard says that they've got very good support, and turnaround times are supposed to be quick too.

I was struggling to find a name for that connector cable that comes with them
