Anyone want to take over my rental in Melbourne?
We are breaking the lease on our 3 bed unit in Rowville, Melbourne cos we've bought our first house sooner than expected.
It will be available mid January and the lease runs till August next year.
It's got a large kitchen/family room, seperate lounge, 3 beds one ensuite, bathroom with jacuzzi, double garage and small garden.
It's nice and bright and clean with air con and only $280 per week.
Rowville is on the edge of the Dandenongs, 30-35 mins drive time to CBD (depending on time of day), and about 50 mins on train from nearby Fern Tree Gully.
We have found it ideal for a starting point while exploring Melbourne.
