Anyone want to meet in Sydney w/c 9th APril?
Hi there
we are coming out to Oz on 9th April for 3 weeks to see family (hubby is Aussie). I have been before when i was young, free and single but now married with 2 kids aged 2 (boy) and 3 (girl). we are around until the Friday 13th then off to Canberra for a wedding. It would be really good to meet up with some other friendly Brits to chew the fat about moving to Oz, which we are thinking of doing. How about a trip to the beach or could meet for beers one evening? Would be great to see how it has been for others, get some tips and advice re. childcare/schools/housing.
We are staying in Castle Hill area of Sydney - god knows where that is but we will be heading to the beaches soon after touch down. just need some sun and heat on my pasty, white body (we live in Scotland!) and to top up those vitamin D supplies. Can't wait!!!

i never saw this thread or i would have arranged to meet up as i am only minutes away from castle hill oh well never mind.
