We're on the market! Went on realestate.com.au on Sunday night and had 3 people phone the agent before 9a monday morning!!

Put them off til open home sat and sunday but one couple came round on tues and offered us the asking price Prob is they've not sold yet so not a lot of use, but a hopeful start?

Will know more after the open home i guess?

We have priced realistically though - offers above $620k (paid 600k in march 2008)

If you've had an offer for the asking price that quick in this market them maybe you need to bump it up a bit.
