Was as low as 1% availability earlier this year but has eased a lot over the past 3 months.

Hi Kaye, not too much to report yet. Qantas changed flights & didn't arrive until yesterday late afternoon.Apartment is fab. Taking it easy today as everyone tired but going to set up appointments with schools & rental agencies & go to the bank.

We have been provided with an apartment on The Esplanade, right next to the hospital, no chance of escape Would love to live around here but think finding an apartment is going to be very difficult so off to Redlynch tomorrow for a look round there!
