any yorkshire puds in oz ?
Ok bugger you all, I fully expect shite from you lot but anyone know where I can get some either packaged powder stuff or frozen ready made in a supermarket ?

Realise you are in NSW but for info I have seen them in a shop at Paradise Point, Queensland - Aunt Bessies that is, and I am off to get some tomorrow. Yum.

Don't open the oven door half way through, turns them into pancakes.
I chill the mix in the fridge half hour before I put into spitting hot fat and straight to the oven

Actually, the other option you can go for is to make up loads and loads and freeze them yourself. They're not as nice as fresh when you defrost them, but I think they're better than shop bought rubbish. And it does save you having to make them every sunday!
