Hi guys any tips on renting? We are moving to Brisbane on the 12 July. We have accommodation sorted for the first 4 weeks but want to rent for 6 months before we buy. I get the feeling estate agents are the same all over the world so we really don’t want to get ripped off. Any tips when renting? Any tips on insurance? What are the scams?
