Hi i am trying really hard to find a sponsor for a job move out to Australia.

I have mailed and applied for a number of jobs but in my line of work (car rental assistant manager) people have never sponsored so it seems to scare employers off.

Is it only the job i currently do that i can apply for on a 457?

I do have interest from Australian companies that i am applying for as the company i currently work for in the UK is very well known for hard work and long hours.

Does anyone have any idea of another route of anything else i can look at doing.

I really want this to work and am even considering a career change to gain experience in another field that sponsor more 457 visa's.

Any help would be great.
