It's my 2nd Wedding Anniversary today
So come on, how long have you been married and what's your secret?
Ladies, how do you keep your man in check?

Congratulations on your anniversary, hope you have many more together.
Been married 16 years next month, but have been with hubby 19.
We met as teenages and class each others as sole mates.
My secret, be honest with each other, never go to bed on a row and give each other space to be your self.
My hubby is hardly ever home due to the army, so that could be why we are still happy
.Let him think he is the boss with the good ideas, when you know that it was your idea and your in charge

Not married but will some day - Never need to keep Bert in check. We just talk about anything and everything! Nothing is off limits and it makes for some hilarious moments. You gotta laff or you'll end up crying.

We had quite a whirlwind romance, and had a baby quite quickly in the relationship (fell pregnant after 3 months), which was a big shock to the system having to buy a house and prepare for a baby when really, we didn't know each other that well!
I'm chuffed to say it all worked out for us though
We were together 6 years before getting married.

You were destined to be together. Hope you enjoy your new life in oz
If my OH wasn't in the army we probably would not have married at such a young age but in thoses days you had to be married to be together, especially when he was posted to Germany.
It took us 7 years of practising for a baby and it still came as a shock

Funeral Blues
Stop all the clocks, cut off the telephone,
Prevent the dog from barking with a juicy bone,
Silence the pianos and with muffled drum
Bring out the coffin, let the mourners come.
Let aeroplanes circle moaning overhead
Scribbling on the sky the message He is Dead,
Put crepe bows round the white necks of the
public doves,
Let the traffic policemen wear black
cotton gloves.
He was my North, my South, my East
and West,
My working week and my Sunday rest,
My noon, my midnight, my talk, my song;
I thought that love would last for ever:
I was wrong.
The stars are not wanted now; put out every one,
Pack up the moon and dismantle the sun, Pour away the ocean and sweep up the wood;
For nothing now can ever come to any good.
Unfortunately I have had some loss in my life, at very young ages. It was a shock then and now I feel like anything good can't last. We both feel the same way about each other so we do make the most of every day. We have never had a proper fight - any disagreement has been settled in 5 minutes flat.
