Their tech support is absolutely woeful, never will you experience a more frustrating experience! We changed to Optus and 4 months later have had no problems. We are on the $129 plan as have 2 kids. But bonus is all mobile calls and calls to anywhere in Oz are free and now we just use a phone card to phone the uk. It works out for us a $100 cheaper than Telstra.

And therein lies the problem. I'm not in an area that can get broadband over the phoneline. So our only option is cable, which is Telstra. So even if I hated them I'd have no choice.

But I don't hate them. They're ok. Obviously if I had the option to go to a naked bradband plan with another provider I would take it. But I don't,
