Ooooh dear.
Anyone got any suggestions for improvement for them.
I'm not sure if they got some of the details wrong but I was on a flight that departed from Sydney on the 14th August had problems prior to departure and then after departure and on arrival at Singapore was then delayed again due to a panel coming off one of the engines - either that or two planes had the same problem !!!!

Hi Jen - glad to see you are back home again, despite Qantas!!! Hope you are all well.
We flew out of London on 17 August and we were delayed twice but not for mechanical reasons but once for a passenger who wanted to get off once the doors were shut and another for a passenger who checked in at Bangkok but then didnt turn up so requiring luggage removal both times.

I thought celebrities always flew at least premium economy !!! have to say the battery farm part of the plane is bad enough normally, sharing it with a celebrity family - please no never again.
In 2006 on the way back to the UK from our reccie trip some french popstar group got off the plane at Singapore and didn't take their passports or boarding passes !!!! So then had to wait for ages while they had to get clearance to get back on the plane which meant the plane had to divert and we ended up have to refuel again in Germany before eventually landing in the UK.
Do think it's worrying how many problems there are with planes at the moment.

The Osmonds would have been preferable to the 50 or so Italian god squad who travelled back from the UK with us. On their way to see the pervy pope guy but they were a complete pain in the arse from start to finish.
