I was warned by the union rep that the lawyers could be "difficult" to deal with... I WILL get in touch with them on Tuesday and complain.... But if they are aware of the issue to the point where they warn members... They must be held by the short n curlies to continue to use them....
Just really didnt need him being a wanker yesterday....
Pointed out that he hadnt returned my calls.... He stated yes I have... I said when, he said, you're speaking to me now....I asked him whether he considered that returning calls four days after the first one was made was responding "in a timely manner"

Another side to this is, at least it's been my experience in this country, is that the legal firm runs a lean and mean company. The staff are most likely run off their feet and never meet deadlines or get work done in a timely fashion because of deliberate and chronic staffing shortages. In which case the staff couldn't give a shit if you whinge and complain because they get it so much they don't even view it as complaining anymore...
