AFL Finals
For those interested this is the format used:
Week 1
Qualifying Finals:
QF1: 1 (home ground) v 4
QF2: 2 (home ground) v 3
Elimination Finals:
EF1: 5 (home ground) v 8
EF2: 6 (home ground) v 7
Week 2
Semi Finals (2nd chances for loosing top 4 teams)
SF1: loser of QF1 (home ground) v winner EF1
SF2: loser of QF2 (home ground) v winner EF2
Week 3
Preliminary Finals (the crossover)
PF1: winner QF1 (home ground) v winner SF2
PF2: winner QF2 (home ground) v winner SF1
Week 4
Grand Final at the MCG
winner PF1 v winner PF2
Current ladder at end of round 22
1 St Kilda
2 Geelong
3 Western Bulldogs
4 Collingwood
5 Adelaide
6 Brisbane
7 Carlton
8 Essendon

last 2 weeks on the footy show the segments on footscray were hilarious for that reason alone, as the swans are out, western bulldogs

Went to Crows game last night and so glad I did - what a thrashing!

Still buzzing after the Lions coming back from certain elimination last saturday, what a game and what an atmosphere at the Gabba!! Those 2 goals by young Daniel Rich and Bradshaw in the last quarter were absolute qulaity. Has to go down as one of the best games yet watching the lions!!.
Think Brisbane could be a dark horse yet!! Although it will be tough down in Melbourne against WB.
