Phone the police 131 444 right now and report it. If she phones again don't answer but keep a record of every time a call comes from her number. Take your phone with the logs to the police first thing tomorrow and demand that they swear out a protection order for both you and your daughter. Oh gawd, I really feel for you. Nothing to add except a virtual UK hug (sorry can't do one of those emoticon thingies). It's desperately sad that she is coming from such a bad background and in any other circumstances I would be a lot more sorry for her, but to hurt others because she is hurting herself, is just plain wrong. She definately needs help but from the right sources. The mum on the other hand just needs a bullet.

That sucks that you have to wait until Tuesday. I agree with OE. See if there is somewhere you guys can go for the weekend - camping or something nice as a family where you're not worried about this.

With my injured back I'm not trying to sleep in anything other than my own bed... Believe me.... Cant sit in the car for more than 20 mins so wouldnt be able to get far anyway...LOL so looks like I'll be staying here
