It is $20 a session or you can get 10 sessions for $150.

I find that each time I go (providing no one is booked in after me) that I get at least 20 to 25 minutes for the cost of $15.

There are also massage rooms and a sauna.

ACtually, I've read through the link BandS and it looks really good. I might check it out ... I wonder if it would help with thyroid issues? Sounds like it might be worth a follow up.

we have something very similiar at our gym.
