15 minute training in Varisty (brilliant)
Hey there
Just wanted to let any one who lives on the Gold Coast know about Fit Vibe. I have been training with this equipment for 3 weeks and already I feel more toned and along with healthy eating i have lost over 4 kilos. It is great. The studio I go to is at Varsity Lakes ( called ENERCHI on 56578059) and they offer 2 free sessions to get you going. Just talk to Marcus and say you are on the British Expats Forum. Honestly girls (and guys) this really is good. Sharon http://www.fitvibe.com/main.php?lang=GB |

Nosey question...... how much is it after the two free sessions? Would it be the same as a normal gym membership?

Bernie! ACtually, I've read through the link BandS and it looks really good. I might check it out ... I wonder if it would help with thyroid issues? Sounds like it might be worth a follow up. Thanks. :) |

((DDDropppedmeeepppennn..cannntpicccckittttuuupppp p!!!!)) Some of the pictures look well bizarre - not sure how you do a sit up when the thing you're resting your bum on is vibrating but it looks fun :sneaky: |
