i think my wife has a little more on her mind at the mo..it would seem that the cunning plan might not of been as effective as one might of thought...

Sounds like your sister in law needs some serious help. I've had some humdingers of emotional blackmail over the last couple of years and i have become very hardened and cut off (emotionally) from them. Its bloody hard though and some things still hurt me deeply. Like they say, you can't choose your family !
