If he hadn't been fit enough, he may not have been walking to work, and may not have died ... He should have been lazy and gone by car or taxi, like I would..

I did the Atkins for about 4 days.. we called it the stupid diet because you suddenly are unable to think or the use the brain when fasting in this way... since then have found out the carbs are required for the brain to work!

Dorothy.. that diet you mentioned reminded me of the "old style" dieting from the late 70s...

Did anyone do the egg and grapefruit diet back in the early 90s?! You could lose a stone in 1 week... most people passed out at some stage during the week, but alas 1 stone was gone
