Default Summer Camps Info

Hi all

I've been doing a lot of research to figure out what to do with my 5 year old this summer. I have info on summer camps. If you want info pm me with your email address and I can send you the info I have on the 8 camps I found (too much info to post here, but the 8 I have details on are - Gillian's, St. Gabriel's, Warrens Preschool, Artsplash, Sam Lordes, Welchman Hall Gully a Pony Camp and Daily Pop Ins.

I'm sure there are others (I think St.Angela's/Ursuline Convent does one), but I've found the one I want now, so won't be looking further, but I'd encourage others with info to share.

Phew.

Default Re: Summer Camps Info

Dave Forde, who is the Games Coach at The Ursuline Convent School for both St. Angela's and St. Ursula's does a summer camp. Not necessarily done AT the school but it does depend. I haven't, however, seen any info as yet. I'll check with him and get back to the group.

I can personally vouch for the one at St. Gabriel's as my son went there last summer (he was 8yrs old at the time). The teacher who runs it, Kirsty Lashley is fabulous and the staff as well.

There are a few camps for older children as well. I'll see if I can compile info and get it on here.

just a note, a local friend on facebook today commented that they had never seen sooo many summer camps being offered during one summer .. ever. and I honestly have to agree.. Just remember, it also may mean people aren't going away this summer, so the camps could fill up fast..
