Can you rate the golden mile in Heywood, St Peter's?
I have recently been given the opportunity to buy a lovely 2 bedroom detached villa on the golden mile in Heywood. Although I have done all the usual due diligence by visiting and spending quite a bit of time in St Peter's, I would love to find out even more information:
What's the reputation of the neighbourhood?
Potential rental income?
Is it a quiet neighbourhood?

I have not stayed in Heywoods, but my boyfriend lives with his family in Sixmen's St Peter - just down the road from Heywoods. From what I know it is a mainly 'ex pat/holiday villa' area. If you look on holiday rental websites they should be able to give you a good idea on what the going rental rates are. I really like this area of St Peter, close to Speightstown and not too far from Holetown.
