Bank Statements
Hi all, needing some advice, trying to acquire a mortgage in Barbados, however, been advised I would need to produced notarised UK bank statements. However, is there an alternative to me travelling to UK. Has anybody been through Barbadian bank system

Do you mean notarised copies of bank statements?

The first thing I would recommend is submit the originals instead.
If notarised copies are essential, ask who can notarise them. It should be enough to get another bank, an accountant or lawyer to do this. If they say it has to be a Notary Public, then you will need to find your nearest one - not always easy.
