Just had a curry, nice service ie just bring the food and drink and don't bug you. Then they refused a tip, just saying, "We don't charge for service". A couple of times when I've tried to tip in such circumstances elsewhere it seems to make them angry.

We were in Solihull yesterday and bumped into a couple we knew, but not very well at all, from primary school days. Big hugs and asked us all about what we'd been up to (seemed to remember a lot about us), and filled us in on the local gossip. Nice feeling
