wonder how poor old steve is? he said ta ra to his mates in the lounge last night for awhile! think ange might have put her foot down dont you!?

if you're here steve, only kidding mate, i wish you well and hope the pain isnt too bad. i know exactly what you're going through, i broke my leg in four places last year, rollerblading!! and i had an external fixator on for 7 months!! so i do sympathise because the pain is crap. good luck and get well soon,

Hi everyone,
I missed this somehow (thanks for the link, kay ).
I havent got my off duty for November yet but I am sure that is the week i am on annual leave. I bet I'm working the Monday
. I would love to come finances allowing but would have to stay over somewhere. Anybody know of anywhere cheap and cheerful nearby?
I will get back to you all soon. Will be speaking to the person doing the off duty tonight so should know by then.

if anyone would be interested in an afternoon meet so we can bring our kids, then i propose the weekend before, same place as last time?
= Sunday Nov 20th, 2pm, brewsters at arena square, opp arena square funnily enough......kids spent about 4 hours in the play area last time...and i thought it was fab.

we changed it to a sunday night cos claire couldnt make Saturdays but if shes not coming would peeps rather do a Friday or Saturday??? so peeps havnt got to get up for work next morning? Cant do the 19th or 26th though. possoms
