We have just started on the visa process so are a year + away from Perth, hopefully.

We (Neil + Ally) live in Staines with our two boys Joe (7) + Jacques (5) would like to join the gathering in Gulidford on the 25th of march. We are going to the Aus Expo at a Hotel near Earls court on the 24th of march, anyone else going?

Hi all,
We are on the list to meet on 25th march,
Just wondering what stage we are all at, We are at the stage of completing the TRA forms, both my husband and i are doing it at the moment hope to have them gone in a couple of weeks.

How about all of you?

Hi Claire

We've submitted our visa application and were allocated a case office a couple of weeks ago. We've now been requested for meds and police checks, we've got our medical on Tuesday (scary!!)

Good luck with the TRA stuff, once you've done that the rest seems a lot easier!

Hi Claire,

We submitted our application in January so are just waiting at the mo. We have applied for our PCC's and have our medicals booked for 27th March ready to front load. Looks like we could have a case officer sooner than we thought though as things seem to be happening fast with the Jan applicants. Good luck with your TRA!!

I had my SIR Vis granted on 3rd Jan and am now at the stage of booking flights - planning to leave UK at end of June and arrive in Adelaide mid-July

We've got our visas and have validated them. We are now at the stage of putting the house on the market and then leaving when it's sold. Hope to be in Perth around 1 August.

Hi...we are in Staines too (Neil & Sophie, with James [21 months]). We won't be able to make the meet as we will be in Brisbane on our reccie but perhaps could meet up in Staines one day?
