I currently have a Contract position for a Registered Nurse servicing multiple Aged Care facilities across Perth metropolitan. Experience in the Mental Health setting is necessary.

Australian Citizens/Permanent Residents only - Sponsorship NOT available for this position.

You will be working within a national company, which specialises in the delivery of allied health services within Residential Aged Care.

This position will see the successful applicant:

Conducting comprehensive patient assessment
Developing innovative treatment plans
Implementing strategies to manage patients with high risk behaviours and complex needs
Liaising with other mental health services and facility staff

The successful applicant will have:

A degree in Nursing
Experience within Mental Health setting
Full registration with AHPRA and police check
Excellent communication and time management skills
Ability to work both autonomously and within a team
Own transport and drivers licence
