Looking for Software Developers - Brisbane,Gold Coast,Sydney,Melbourne & Canberra

Steve Dalton here - I'm based on Gold Coast/Brisbane - from Wolverhampton but have been in Australia about 12 years now.... gosh how time flies!
Anyway - reason for my post, I run the Java developers group here in Brisbane and do a lot of community stuff here for people working in IT (meetups, barcamps etc).
I'm not an agent - but people come to me all the time looking for good developers - especially around Java and other JVM languages and I can never find enough good people.
So - if you are coming to Oz (and have a Visa) and are looking for work in this area - please get in touch with me. I currently know of quite a few contracts down in Sydney/Melbourne but also a few in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Canberra and Townsville. Money is pretty good, reason I am posting on the Brits group is that almost everyone I have ever hired coming from the UK has been excellent - so hope to continue that trend!
