Iv'e spoken to my aunt who im staying with at the minute and she said that she has her own ABN and said I should be alrite to use that. Also she was just wondering why i would need one anyway. If its easier you can email me on <snip>

you are right ,you do not need an ABN , the down side is you pay 48% tax and its illegal to use someone elses .
