Your view: Gold coast Holiday/shorterm rental: pets ok
Just a quickie. I'm seeking your views as to what a fair rent would be.
A friend has an immaculate 3BR house that is 10 mins from the beach, theme parks, close to all facilities, and with a lovely park that's within walking distance.
Pets OK. (That must be great for BE people!!) It's in Arundal.
How much do you think might be a fair rent for a night or a week or even a month?
(Local hotels charge $150 pp a night, so $300 a night for a couple).

Sorry but unless the house is like something out of cribs that sounds like a ripoff we paid 120 per night for a nice appartment with a fantastic veiw of surfers on burleigh beach with a pool for 6 people :scared:
