Your Mortgage Rate
A bit personal I know but could you kind people post the amount of mortgage you have taken out and how much your repayments are each month/fortnight plz ?
We are looking at a 50% mortgage so would probably like to borrow about 250K. I know it all depends on how much the rate is and I can calculate on various mortgage lending websites. Just thought it would make a good reference thread for likeminded people who will be going down that path.
Example:
Amount we borrowed 250K
Monthly Repayment ????

we borrowed $255,000 and pay $384 a week.
