I am at home, should of been going shopping for the day with my friend but her son is ill so we can't go.

I do have some ironing that I could be doing but I made the fatal mistake of coming on here so the ironing will have to wait.

Can't help with the mouse sorry.

I'm at home too. Looking after my 2 year old nephew today. Manage to get on here in between watching Balamory and playing with his Thomas the Tank train set. Think I'm passed all this little kid stuff. Mine are all teens now and I never see them

hi

had one plastic mouetrap but little bugger nicked the cheese off it.

my mum came over yesterday with 2 old fashioned wood traps set them up and before we went to bed had a look they had nicked cheese off that as well so reloaded them again.

This morning had another look and low and behold they had taken cheese again

what do we do.............................

Definatley try peanut butter or jam they have to stay near the trap to get it as they cant just take it like cheese!!
Worked for us on the old wooden traps!!

good Luck

Try mouse poison (most DIY shops sell it) mixed in with some melted chocolate then reset (mice prefer chocolate to cheese). Poison is actually less humane that trapping since traps don't always kill and the mouse may be left there seriously injured for hours before you find him.

And in answer to your original question normally I log on from work but I've taken a couple of days off for a break so today I'm logged on using the laptop from bed.
