In a classic illustration of the 'watched pot never boils' maxim, I go away on biz for a few days, & guess what is waiting on my return? That fateful, lovely envelope from Adelaide!
So now we are visa-d up & ready to go!

Thanks everyone! We are headed to Melbourne. Not sure which area yet - will rent somewhere to begin with, then decide. Not sure on timescales yet either, but will probably do a research/validation visit in April, then go for good sometime between July-Sept!
It's interesting to note that it's exactly 1 year to the day, from going to see the Immigration Agent for the first time, that we got the visas. The big time-consuming bit was Mr Anya doing his RPL thesis for the ACS (such a detailed tome that we are looking to sell the movie rights!).
So now the fun *really* begins.....
