YESS Yellow Envelope Finally Arrived

YESS Yellow Envelope Finally Arrived
Today we got call from agent informing that VISA has been granted. Applied under
139 on Nov 5 2003, medical req on March 1 spent about 1.5 months in medicals and crab FBI report BOND lodged on June 20 and fianlly received visa on 12 JUly.
However some confusion my wife was asked for the Health undetaking so we assumed that our date to validate visa would be april+6 months but were give the date as DEc 11 2004 so whats the equation on that?
Will be heading to Melbourne to stay with sister for some time and look for jobs in IT although I dont know if i will get one but will try.

Congratulations, we got ours this week - been waiting since April 03! It seems that Dimia is starting to process them a bit more quickly since the June slowdown. Now the real fun begins..

Congratulations to you both Hope the rest goes smoothly.
Rach did you advertise for penpals on the Aussie Newspaper.
We seen an advert at the Yorkshire show on the Penpals board and tried to email you a few times but the messages were returned undelivered.
