at last we have finally completed on the house and now are officially squatters:scared:

many thanks for all replies, realise that many have not got their visas and trying not to appear to happy about everything but cant help it
keep thinking something will go wrong any day now as things have gone far too smoothly
(escpially the champagne this afternoon)

butterflies have quadrupled now, except for a silver lining, my cousins wifes relative owns a real estate agency out there (stroke of luck so he has said he will do the running around for us
