YAY! Accepted an offer on the house!!!
OMG! Yes we have accepted an offer on the house this morning!!!!!
After it being on the market for 3 wks and absolutely no interest out of the blue one of Steve's junior chefs rang last night & made us an offer which we have duly accepted!!!!!!

yeah we took an offer way under the asking price ....but it's a case of.. he's my mate the girlfriend is pregnant and this is the only way they are going to get on the property market around here ....so we thought we would do them a favour and we get to oz sooner rather than later
