We are looking to be coming to brisbane mid september and are looking at these two areas.
I was wondering if anyone who lives in these places could give me a brief description of the good and bad points.

Brother in Law lives in Manly West - did rent in Wynnum when he first arrived. He loves it!! He has 4 kids and we went to visit them a couple of years ago for a month or so - LOVELY PLACE!!!!!!!

Very good Transport Links to the CBD and beautiful surrounding areas.

We want to end up there once we've been in OZ for a few years - cannot go straight there as hubbie is joing RAN

My sister lives close to Manly place called Wakerley I was lucky enough to spend 5 months there and I loved it,its not to far from CBD its bayside(nice sea breeze) good access to the Bruce highway left is gold coast and right sunshine coast plenty of big shopping malls great schools friendly people this is where im hopefully heading early next year.

Definitely recommend it!!!!!!!!
