Would you want to rent ?

Would you want to rent from us?
Hi there
We live in the Hinterland at the back of the gold coast, about 8 mins from Robina.
We are looking to build a self contained flat on our property. It will have a large living area, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen with decks on 2 sides. It will have its own driveway and will not be connected to our house in any way.
What we are looking at doing is offering it to BE members as a place to stay when they first arrive in Australia for a month or so whilst they get themselves organised. (pets will be allowed as we know how hard it can be to rent when you have animals)
Would people be interested in this or would you rather rent by the beach / town etc,
We would be really interested to hear peoples views.
Sharon
p.s Our property backs onto Springbrook National Park so is very quiet.

You might want to edit your add to include some links to the area.

I would but I'm already here I think loads would, they happily rent in and around Robina already, it would give a different perspective on the GC and you're still not far from the sea.
We spent our first month in an apartment beachfront at Main Beach - it was a sod to leave it to sort stuff out - kept thinking we were on holiday

Is the Woodchoppers worth visiting Sharon - had a look in last time I was there but couldn't decide if it was good or just had good advertising

Sharon - u can put these links into your very first post up the top. You can edit by going to your post within 2 hours of posting, and next to the reply button it will say "edit".
If u add the links above, then people wont need to go trawling thru this post in a year's time when they do a search
