Working Holiday Visa
Has anyone been to Oz on a working holiday visa, if so, how long before you went did you start the process?? We're not planning to go until June 05, but I'm getting anxious and wondering if there's anything apart from saving (:scared: ) that I should be doing yet?! Thank you in advance

it was along time ago but I only started arranging the visa about a month before I left. Sent off the form with my passport and had it back within a week.
Things may have changed but I believe you can get the visa on arrival now

you can now apply on-line for it and for many this has taken a matter of days. once granted you have a year to enter Oz (ie you could apply for it now) from which date the one year visa starts ticking.
