Strangely enough since we went dual agent, the original agent pulled his finger out. And the new agent can't even be bothered to catch the post sending out leaflets.

Anyway an offer is an offer where ever it's come from
Amazed, they viewed really quickly, didn't seem particularly bothered, 10 minutes late they make an offer. The world is mad, ok just unpredictable!

Mash
PS Being careful not to celebrate too early!!

Yeah you're right about the buyer from wherever, that's what we thought with ours, so fingers crossed for both of us

excellent news hope it goes though smoothly..

however on the wywh -i rarely watch thes holiday progs these days as they seem so detached from reality

typical scene

shot of 'cleb' presenter on own veranda being served lobster by private butler holds glass of champagne turns to camera and reads-

"I'm here in the £2000 per nite penthouse suite, but you -read 'plebs'- can stay down the road in a grotty b&b'

cuts to shot of same 'cleb' enjoying private ballon ride/helicopter/100ft boat etc

it's just glorified jollies for eachother thesedays..

cheers

Who'd wouldn't want to come all this way and stay on
sheep farm?

Ningaloo on the other hand. That's where we are headed in just over a weeks time on a 10 day camping holiday. We hope to snorkel with the whale sharks and catch the coral spawning.

W.A. too isolated? - damn right, why do you think we love it so much.

Very shallow viewpoint really Richard....I'm not interested in the holiday or the celeb, just the country.

pretty much all these programmes are funded by either the national airline or the relevent tourist office

therefore 'he who pays the piper etc......'

i guess the closest is the independent on sat who 'pay their own way'...

cheers
