Will higher mark be processed faster ?
I am new user for this forums. I am planning to submit application to migrate to Australia. Would anyone tell me whether getting higher mark (more than pass mark) will be processed faster ? If I just get the passing mark 115, would earning 5 more point by investment will make my application faster?

Nope - you will be processed at the same rate whether you have 115 or 130 points.
