Hubby informs me that the water thing---WBB--Simpsons is due to Northern/Southern hemispheres. How bizarre?? Hope hes wrong but he usually isn't.

I have an electric toothbrush. Doesn't anyone have them in England? Or do they come with the same type of plug as a shaver? What about a radio? Suppose you can make do with a tranny....

Re water going the other way - When we were kids and we moved to NZ, my mum made us watch the water go down the plug hole at home (UK) and then the first night in NZ we did the same and it does go the other way!! We were psyched!!

My electric toothbrush came with the shaver style plug to fit the UK shaver sockets I had to take it off and put a OZ plug on it.
