This is only fixed rate mortgages and most other banks are doing the same, Commonwealth reduce the variable rate when other banks didn't I hate it when people comment on things and just put the basics, This is what causes panic and people to call the bank unnecessarily.

That report shows the following extremes in the UK over the last 12 months:

Worst Performing area:
South East England dropped 18.98%

Best Performing area:
Woodbridge, Suffolk dropped 7.46%

but it also says:

Just had a read of your link and on his resume it say's he was on the board of Goldgrest Films.It seems back in 1985 I'd worked for him and had no idea.Did a bit of stunt work/glorified extra.Got to chat with Al Pacino and Donald Sutherland.Nuff name dropin.See Ya
