Default WHV granted

As in the title, I've been granted my WHV..

Next step is booking a flight. I've been told Sydney is best to aim for as there is a higher demand for jobs. As my user name suggests, I work in construction. That's what I'd be looking towards - even labouring.

If there is anyone who reads/uses this forum that could point me in the right direction or if someone works in the trade, give me a few numbers/websites, that would be handy, too.

I'd literally be arriving with a bag on my back. I'm not exactly the most adventurous type, but I get on with anyone and everyone so I don't envisage that being an issue.

Thanks in advance for any answers.

Matt.

I'll move you to the main Aussie forum - more movement in there and someone in Sydney may be able to help.

There is also a BE meet up that happens in Sydney each week, could be worth going along to - this is the link to a recent thread, contact Swerv-o for more info
