We're going to Perth as well
Got the visa, done the reccie trip! Due to personal circumstances we aren't able to go until next year. The plan is to put the house up for sale in March and then go when it's sold. Hopefully this will be sometime between 1 July and 1 September. Very jealous of all those people going to Perth before us.

( sorry sel, going a day later than we thought! so wont be able to have that drink with you at the airport ! )
As its Easter weekend before, we thought we would need the extra day to recover !

I was hopeing for earlier but the flights reduce by €300 from 15th August,
7 x €300 = lots of beer

Us too, we're leaving Canada on June 16th. Should be in Perth by the 20th, we're going to spend a night or two in Sydney on the way.

Yeah we're going but not till next year especially at this rate, I have somehow managed to lose my qualifications certificates and am waiting for City and guilds to send replacements which has already taken a month.

We are too! were going around June/July depending on how quick Perth company gets Jens' 457 through - they seem to be desperate, so itll rather be June

Where is everyone going in Perth???
I will be going home to Joondalup...where my Dad lives (and I used to live before moving back to England) He has bought a house in Wanneroo for me and my partner to rent cheaply off of him though, until we are on our feet and can buy a house

We are hoping to go to Perth mid to end of June, after I have been bridesmaid at my sisters wedding.
We want to be North of the river, somewhere around Joondalup/Connolly and surrounding suburbs.
Just waiting for the visa (any time now)
My fingers are permanently crossed at the moment!

Yep, we're going to Perth if we get the visa. Not sure which part yet. Depends on where hubby can get work and where I can get the kids a school.
The coastal areas would be good.
