For us it was definately a joint decision we married in Tobago and said that we didn't want to live in the Uk anymore, we both then agreed to try for a permanent residency in Australia, although as Trood says, its been me who's done the application and form filling, Mark's skills got us in though!

Up until January, its definatly been me pushing and desperatly wanting to go "home"...The Hubby has always said he would want to move to Oz as he always knew I had never had the intention on staying here....for even as long as I have.

However, since January and my Hubby's father passed away....He cant wait to get to Oz and its now him doing the pushing....He gets up everyday with a big grin on his face and announces how many days we have left till we leave....
