Where are you all going too?
Hi all,
just curious to see where all of you are hoping to go and settle. For me personally it will be Perth, but im interested in seeing which parts of Australia expats are currently living in, or where prospective migrants are considering moving too!

We're heading for Mandurah, initially to see what it's like, but will definately stay in WA.

Me and my Husband are from Bath,Wiltshire and heading for Melbourne. We have no idea where as we have never been to that part of Aus (lived in Sydney and Perth 7 years ago) but we are just going to land and hopefully take to the yellow brick road and see where we end up !!!

Try doing a search.You may find it interesting.
Personally I am not sure yet but will probably start in Adelaide for family reasons.

Nundle, NSW, back to the other home, where Mr B comes from and where we met. Small ex-goldmining town in rural NSW, population undecided, but somewhere between 250 and 300, depending on whether you include the whole Shire or just Nundle itself. One pub, one school, one church, one policeman, one guesthouse, one bowling club, half a library and a bank on Thursdays. I love it.

Hubbies family are there.
Visited twice for total of 7 weeks and love it.
Big change from the big smoke but think we can make a real go of it there - and having family there is a great help.

We are in Caloundra, on the Sunshine Coast. About 80k North of Brisbane. It is a fantastic place to settle. This is where people from all over Aus come for their holidays and we are lucky enough to live here.
