Where do we start ?!
Hi my name is Louise.
My mum and step-dad moved to Melbourne 3 years ago through sponsorship from his employer, so they did all of his visa applications etc ! My husband and I ( and 3 children ) went out there last summer to visit and after lots of sleepless nights have decided we would like to join them if possible, but where do we start. I don't really want to start paying agents fees if we don't have much chance of getting a visa

My husband fits cash tube for a living but there are no formal qualifications in his trade, he has got NVQ levels 1,2 & 3 as a chef and gained his nvq's whilst working, so the date on his final cert is in his last year of cheffing. He did approx 4 years altogether, but has not worked as a chef for 7 years I am a mortgage advisor CeMAP but not much experience.
Where do we start and which agents do we use ?
